embody the Real

Hi, I’m Peter.
I’ve spent the better part of my life in contemplative practice — Shaiva tantra, Buddhist foundations, somatic work, and the slow cultivation of attention, presence, and embodiment.

The threads of my life weave through meditation, Shaiva tantra, Buddhist jhānas, somatic integration, and the mystery of the heart.

What you’ll find here are writings — not teachings, not content, not answers. Just reflections from the inner room, shaped slowly, like letters that took years to metabolize.

OneTaste is a place for recognition to deepen, for eros to become intelligent, and for silence to speak through language.

Make yourself at home.

the fineprint:

I offer my pranams to the great throne — the heart-space where Paramashiva, the indivisible Shiva–Shakti, the guru who never leaves. Surrounding this is the Crown Council, the luminous Trika lineage where the teachers offering the view, the language, and the interpretive wisdom by which I understand life. Around them stand my spiritual mothers and fathers — somatic, devotional, psychological lineages that raise, regulate, and support the nervous system as this recognition lives through the body. Then there is the wondrous field of peers, parts, ancestors, and future comrades — the realm of human flourishing. All are equal in that they are expressions of the One.
